Review:

Ghost shares exciting news with Ariel and Jenna—an advanced new VR simulation has just launched. It’s a high-stakes hostage rescue infiltrate Tartarus and save Princess Persephone from the clutches of the malevolent wizard, Hades. Intrigued, they hesitate only briefly before Ghost seals the deal with an irresistible temptation. But there’s a catch. To enter Tartarus, they must first die. And in this simulation, dead in cyberspace means dead in reality. What they don’t know is that the game is a death trap. Under pressure from Lidia Gates, the VR simulation was rushed into release without testing. Anyone who jacks in is zeroed out in the real world before they even enter the simulation—a series of meaningless code masquerading as a thrilling adventure. Can Ariel and Jenna defy fate and return from death? Their journey into the underworld is about to begin. Another epic book with great characters ,awesome adventure, not to be missed.

Net Zero Goes To Hell, my twentieth short(69-page) read from author Jay Toney that I finished in under an hour. A cyber-punk science fiction read, well-written with characters & a plot you can buy into with unexpected twists & turns. “I received a complementary Kindle copy of this book & am voluntarily leaving a review.” The gifting of this book did not affect my opinion of it. I’ll be reading more from this author with Net Zero on Venus being the next Toney read on my TBR list.

Review:

Another great book where the lines between VR and real world are blurred. The action is riveting and keeps you turning pages long into the night. Will our heroines make it out of VR alive or just become another casualty of corporate greed? Pick up this book to find out. You will not regret it.
